Guru
Release of the film has kept the audio sales sustained at the
stands with active interest shown by music lovers even today. Ironically, the songs that run in the background ['Jaage Hain', 'Ae
Hairathe'] turn out to be much more entertaining and suitable to the narrative than 'Ek Lo Ek Muft' and 'Tere
Bina'!
Why is 'Guru Bhai Aaye Chey' not released on audio
yet?

Salaam-E-Ishq
A week more to go and sales trend indicates that music of
'Salaam-E-Ishq' would be right on top to coincide with the film's release. Each and every track has been welcomed with open
arms while recently premiered number 'Saiyyan Re' [featuring Priyanka Chopra and Akshaye Khanna] has caught eyeballs too!
This music is going to stay on for months to come.

Dhoom 2
It would indeed require a heavy weight album (something on
the lines of 'Namastey London'), to actually make any dent in the Top-3 of the charts. The way 'Guru', SEI and 'Dhoom 2' are
selling, it would require a complete album to even come close to these extremely popular albums. Till then, you can continue to go
'crazy' as Abhi-Ash settle for marital hood!
If it wasn't for 'Crazy' and 'Dhoom Again', the album may
struggled to make a mark

Anwar
The worst has come true for 'Anwar'. Following the same
trend as 'Bas Ek Pal', the film has proved to be a disaster at the box office even as the music continues to grow on and on. The
only man smiling in the end? Composer Mithoon who has now given extremely good scores for two box office
disasters!
If only the film would have been a reasonable box office
success, 'Anwar' could have scaled further heights w.r.t. music sales.

Don - The Chase Begins Again
While it's exclusive DVDs have more or less disappeared
from the stands within 10 days of their arrival, there are no such complains when it comes to music CDs. Why? Because the repeat
orders continue to flow in, which translates to ample stocks being maintained at the stores!

Woh Lamhe
A success story which is still paying dividends, performance
of music of 'Woh Lamhe' is now turning out to be surprising! Though the music is quite good, it is still a few shades below
'Gangster' but is still keeping similar pace when it comes to being popular.

Bas Ek Pal
It's not just one 'pal' but days and months and years that
the music of 'Bas Ek Pal' would be heard. Cutting across generations, the success of 'Bas Ek Pal' has proved that melody is still
the best bet when it comes to making an ever lasting impact.

Bhagam Bhag
'Bhagam Bhag' survives for yet another week, all thanks to
'Signal' and the title song. Its sole romantic number 'Tere Bin' may have been a weak point about the album but for a film
belonging to comic thriller genre, it has done well musically.
If not for the aggressive publicity and great production
values, this Pritam score may have sunk with just some trace!

New
Red
Debuting at #9 after being on the stands for just a week, the
album is carrying positive reports, all thanks to 'Aafreen' and 'Aamin'. Himesh Reshammiya may not have arrived with a bang in
2007 but makes his presence felt nonetheless.
Album doesn't make much impression in its entirety since
the impact of two good songs is negated to an extent by remaining 3 average tracks

Just Married
It's a surprise to see not much momentum building up for
'Just Married'. Though Pritam and Gulzar saab have come up with some delightful-n-simple tracks, it hasn't translated into great
music sales. Guess PNC would be promoting the film and music more extensively as the release date comes
closure.
It would be disappointing if the film doesn't work at the box
office because a lot will depend upon it for the music to be a success.
