As a child is a gift to a mother
My mother is a gift to me
A wise protector
Through all of my years of life
Always there in my times of need
And also through my accomplishments
Strength, love ,and respect
And a positive attitude
Towards life's trials and gifts she teaches
As we both go through the mazes of life
Together
Wherever I may be
She's there
Weather she be next to me in person
Or in my heart and soul
No love is stronger than that of a mother
Cradling a child from infancy
To an adult with her ways
And at times in her arms
For knowing this strength and love now
For being a mother myself
I truly begin to understand
My dear mothers
Strengthful, loving ,ways . . . .
