Ingredients:

1 lb Corned beef,cooked and cut
Into pieces
1 cn (14 oz) sauerkraut
1 1/2 c Water
3/4 ts Caraway seed
1 1/2 c Dry rice
1/2 c Prepared Thousand Island
Dressing
3 oz Swiss cheese,cut into
Strips

Method:

Mix corned beef,sauerkraut,water and caraway seed in a large skillet.
Bring to a full boil.
Stir in rice.
Pour dressing over rice and top with cheese.
Cover;remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
