Ham It Up Potatoes
Serves:
6 tb Ham drippings
1/4 lb Shredded cheese
6 tb Flour
1 lb Cooked diced ham
3 c Milk
4 c Cubed cooked potatoes
1 ts Salt
2 Onions, diced
Saute onions in ham drippings.
When brown, add flour, milk and cheese.
Heat until cheese melts.
Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
