1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onions
1 ts Salt & pepper
3/4 c Condensed milk

Method:

Make meatballs, brown in 2- tsp.
butter.
Add 1 1/2- cups water, 3- tbsp.
catsup,1 1/2- tbsp.
brown sugar,8- peppercorns (tie in small bag)1- bay leaf,1/2 tsp.
salt, 9- crumbled ginger snap cookies.
Cover skillet,cook at low heat 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
