Ingredients:


1 Chicken,cut up
1/4 c Oil
1/4 ts Ginger
1/4 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Honey
2 tb Potato flour
1 c Orange juice
2 Oranges, peeled, seeded,
-sectioned

Method:


Brown chicken pieces in oil; remove and set aside.
Mix spices,honey, and potato flour into pan drippings.
Stir in orange juice.
Add chicken; cover and simmer until tender.
Add orange sections; heat through.
