Mother Murphy's Chickenhearted Rice

Serves:

Ingredients:


1 lb Chicken hearts
1 lg Sweet onion
1/2 ts Sambal Oelek *
3 ts Sugar
Soy sauce
Butter
3 c Cooked rice

Method:


* chili pepper, garlic Chop onion very coarsely.
Saute in butter until onion begins to turn glassy.
Add chicken hearts, cook until done.
Add soy sauce to taste, Sambal Oelek, and sugar.
Serve over rice.
