Ingredients:


1 c Chopped dried figs
3/4 c Sugar
2 tb Butter
1 c Water
4 tb Lemon juice
1/8 ts Salt

Method:


Combine all ingredients except sugar.
Simmer slowly until figs are tender.
Add sugar.
Simmer slowly 10 minutes.
