Ingredients:

3/4 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Lemon rind grated
1 tb Parsley; finely minced
2 ts Scallion; green and white
Finely minced
2 ts Olives; green minced
1 ts Capers; drained; minced
1 sm Egg; cooked hard; peeled
Finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Tiny pinch curry powder

Method:

Beat the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and rind.
Fold in the remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste.
Chill several hours before serving.
