Ingredients:

2 ts Dijon mustard
1 c Olive oil
3 oz Red wine vinegar
1 tb Chopped shallots
1 tb Chopped garlic
1 ts Red pepper flakes
Salt

Method:

Use with Uzie's special salad.
Place mustard in bowl and whisk in oil.
Add the other ingredients, whisking continuously until the vinaigrette is well blended.
If preferred, the presentation of this colorful salad may be sacrificed and all ingredien may be tossed in a large bowl with the vinaigrette.
