Fish steaks, 1-inch thick

Halibut or other lean
Chopped (about 6 cups)

Ounces spinach, coarsely
Into 1/4-inch slices

Red bell pepper, cut
Into 1/4-inch slices

Yellow bell pepper, cut
Separated into rings

Onion, sliced and

Thin slices lemon
Method:
*1 or 2 large fish steaks can Be used.
cut into 4 serving Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet until melted.
Layer onion, bell peppers, spinach and fish steaks in skillet (skillet will be full).
Sprinkle with savory, salt and pepper.
Place lemon slice on each fish steak.
Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes.
Uncover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and liquid is reduced.
4 SERVINGS; 350 CALORIES PER SERVING.
