Ingredients:

1/2 c Sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Seasoned salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 md Head cabbage, finely
Shredded or chopped(about
1 md Carrot, shredded
(about 1/2 cup)
1 tb Apple, chopped
1/4 c Crumbled blue cheese

Method:

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper.
Toss with cabbage, carrot, apple and blue cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika or dill weed if desired.
