Garlic Spareribs

Serves:

Ingredients:


3 Cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c Vinegar
2 tb Brown sugar
6 lb Pork spareribs
1/2 c Honey
14 oz Can tomato sauce
1/4 c Soya sauce
2 ts Salt

Method:


Cut ribs into 2 inch pieces.
In a large bowl, combine garlic, brown sugar, honey, soya sauce and vinegar.
Add ribs and marinate in refridgerator several hours or overnight, turning meat several times while marinating.
Drain and reserve marinade.
Combine marinade with tomato sauce and salt in heavy saucepan.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Bake ribs at 400 F for 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325F and bake for 1 hour, basting frequently with sauce.
